Entrepreneurial and Innovation Proficiency: A Way to Digital Agenda
In a rapidly shifting economic landscape, the development of social and entrepreneurial capacity has become a global necessity. Project EPIDA addresses this challenge by positioning universities as the primary engines of knowledge and innovation, focusing on students, trainers, and researchers as the central drivers of change. Implemented under the prestigious Erasmus+ program, the project is powered by an international consortium of academic excellence, including Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (Bulgaria), Universiteti Aleksandër Xhuvani Elbasan (Albania), Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (France), Hellenic Open University (Greece), and Universitatea Lucian Blaga din Sibiu (Romania).
By uniting these diverse institutions, the consortium ensures a rich exchange of expertise and a unified approach to advancing the digital agenda within higher education. Moving forward, the project’s goals focus on the creation of a robust model for social innovation start-ups, complemented by a comprehensive handbook designed to guide new ventures through the complexities of the social business landscape.
By prioritizing circular learning mobility and expanded networking opportunities, the initiative aims to significantly bolster organizational capacity while fostering deeper social and civic engagement. These efforts will directly enhance the specialized skills and competencies of both students and trainers through the rollout of relevant training programs and the analysis of practical case studies. Ultimately, the project is committed to ensuring that all outcomes are effectively communicated to stakeholders, cementing a collaborative ecosystem that bridges the gap between academic innovation and real-world digital impact.
